- The proxy fight known as "Tokyo Kotetsu case," which Masahiro Terada was engaged in, appeared in the article of "Inside Story of Legal Practice" in the morning edition of the Nikkei. The article reported that the Tokyo Kotetsu case was the first-ever event in Japan where an M&A planned and proposed by a listed company was rejected by shareholders' votes collected by an investment fund through the proxy solicitation lead by the fund. Some comments of Masahiro Terada, who represented the fund, were also quoted.
