City-Yuwa Partners also provides advice in relation to operating lease transactions (what is called JOL transaction) of which back-up assets are various assets such as aircraft, ship and container. In such operating lease transactions, City-Yuwa has experience in representing arranger side and also lender side such as financial institutions. City-Yuwa also provides advice in relation to not only preparation of finance-related contracts but also regulations and preparation of disclosure documents and other statutory documents under Financial Instruments and Exchange Act in relation to fund formation (such as GK-TK structure) and sale of investment interests in a Tokumei Kumiai which is an anonymous limited partnership.
