Hitoshi Sakai has extensive experience in the area of M&A, corporate, litigation, dispute resolution and finance.
Mr. Sakai frequently represents foreign clients on corporate acquisition, investment and litigation in Japan. He also represents Japanese clients on overseas investment and cross-border litigation.
With the understanding of local practice and Japanese law as a Bengoshi qualified in Japan, combined with his high level negotiation skill in English and flexibility in approach, he provides clients with strategic advice and practical solution that overcomes cultural differences and barriers.
