Eri Furukawa advises both onshore and offshore companies on various businesses including business transfers, joint ventures, business disputes, products liability disputes, internal corporate rules and processes (including shareholders general meetings, employee whistleblower systems). In addition to giving legal advice, she is always mindful of suggesting or proposing the next practical step for the client to take in order to alter situations in favorable direction. Ms. Furukawa also has worked for financial institutions and investment funds in pioneering structured financing projects, and as such, she is experienced in particular to identify new issues, lead negotiations among parties with conflicting interests, and successfully complete projects.
